About the role

Rovertech Limited, a leading Information & Communication Technology company, is seeking talented IT Support professionals to join our dynamic team in Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District. This is a full-time position with opportunities for both junior and senior-level candidates to contribute to the success of our SI (System Integration) operations.

What you'll be doing

• Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' IT systems and applications
• Responding to user inquiries and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems
• Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software
• Documenting all support activities and maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best possible support

What we're looking for

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT support, with a focus on Help Desk and IT support for SI companies
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with users and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT support, information technology, or a related field would be an advantage
