Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Officer to join our Retail Leasing & Property Development team.
ASSISTANT LEASING MANAGER / SENIOR LEASING OFFICER
Job Descriptions:
- Search and identify potential sites according to retail strategies.
- Managing multi-branded retail shops and restaurants' leasing activities.
- To establish good relationship among property developers, landlords and real estate agencies.
- To review lease agreement and related documents.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth opening of new stores and address the management issue about the property with the landlord if necessary.
- Assist with the implementation of leasing strategies and new property development initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records and provide regular reporting on leasing activities and portfolio performance
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Real Estate, Property management and Facilities management or related disciples.
- Minimum 5-6 years or above of experience in commercial leasing preferably in the retail or F&B sectors
- Experience in managing sizable portfolio of retail chain stores is preferable.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with landlord and internal stakeholders
- Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English and Chinese language.
More experiences shall be considered as “Leasing Manager”.
