Job Description:

Manage marketing and promotional activities in the company. Build & manage “Principal’s Brands, achieve sales and marketing objective. Take appropriate steps to measure, enhance and enrich the positioning and image of responsible brands through various goals and objectives.” Support business & product development by research and market study. Continuous review and track on market trends and development and adjust strategies and plan if needed. 

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Define STP of responsible brands, develop marketing strategy, tactics and execute effectively & efficiently.
  • Manage A&P budget as per agreed plan,
  • Develop and drive above & below the line campaigns.
  • Conduct analysis of product performance, consumer trends and competitive landscape
  • Manage relationship between agencies, production house & venders etc. 
  • Manage sales and marketing activities and analyse ROI of marketing expense
  • Monitor creation and delivery of POSM, visual merchandising & display, press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials as per plan.
  • Maintain close and efficient cooperation between Marketing, Sales and Merchandising teams.
  • Provide effective inventory management and marketing support
  • Support on web content management such as product information, campaigns which includes content localization, website visuals and other industry technical tools, etc.
  • Prepare principal reports and presentations
  • Manage assigned brands’ profitability

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-8 years brand management experience in FMCG industry, preferably in Personal Care, Baby or Household products
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, energetic and good team player
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese

 

Five-day work week, 13th month pay plus performance bonus, Medical scheme
