Responsibilities

In view of the on-going development of the Carters Color and Innovation Center in Hong Kong, we are looking for a temporary color coordinator to join our Team:

• Communicate color comments to vendors and internal parties via PLM systems under specified timelines for development and bulk, check progress on color coordination program on PLM
• Maintain color filing systems for our team, include but not limited to color submissions, strike offs and bulk production records
• Create and maintain approved lab dips to color master cards, and print out artwork from PLM for color evaluation
• Support seniors to manage mill vendors self-approval production colors and submit monthly workload report to Senior Color Manager
• Support Spectro readings, Data color machine operation in company's dark room

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in garment industry, demonstrating basic knowledge of color theory and terminology such as dyeing/printing processing
• Fluency in English and Microsoft 365 application
• Self-motivated, well organized and analytical with strong sense of responsibility
• Well organized, systematic, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
