Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all-round office administrative, clerical support and contract administration
• Communicate with teammates and vendors and follow up procurement status in daily operations;
• Maintain stock and procurement of office supplies;
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• Experience in IT industry is an advantage;
• A good team player, energetic and enthusiastic;
• Well-organized and detailed minded;
• Proficient with MS Office applications;
• Good command in English and Cantonese;
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
