The F&B Commercial Excellence Manager will collaborate operations, marketing, revenue management, IT and finance to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency as viewed through Colleague, Customer and Profitability lenses.

SevenRooms

  • Conduct a Group-wide baseline SevenRooms utilisation audit by property and outlet (master excel file tracking SevenRooms status details including live accounts, bookable periods, 7R-to-PoS check linkage rates, integrated payment gateways etc.).

  • Design a 7R optimisation roadmap, with trackable progress check points, based on identified priorities from the audit. Focus on outlets with lowest utilisation rates and largest revenue potential to drive quick wins and immediate value.

  • Note 7R best practices and common mistakes across properties, to later create sharable learning materials for delivery to properties.

  • Drive SevenRooms enhancements (e.g. 7X roll-out, 7R pre-arrival upsells), supporting properties with set-up and management.

  • Engage with properties and design an optimal property champions / shared knowledge model to facilitate effective on-property system ownership and understanding.

  • Track and report generated value in above-mentioned master file (incremental revenue impact, growth in outlet reservations, insights delivered etc.)

PoS

  • Establish operational PoS configuration best practices to optimise product data capture across F&B outlets.

In-Room Dining (IRD)

  • Drive the gradual roll-out of IRIS the digital in-room dining ordering system, in partnership with Group IT. Prioritising properties in line with the guest-facing app roll-out.

Across All F&B Systems:

  • Support the operational considerations of system set up in new hotel openings.

  • Assist with issue escalation as required when problems cannot be quickly resolved.

  • Collaborate with Data Governance team to standardise data capture and drive data quality.
