Key Responsibilities:

  • User Acquisition : Develop and execute digital (online) and offline campaigns to drive new user acquisition for OSL in Hong Kong. Optimize campaigns through performance analysis and user insights.
  • Event Management : Plan and execute local events to engage the community and increase brand visibility. Represent OSL at industry events, building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Raise Awareness : Develop and implement strategies to increase OSL’s brand visibility in Hong Kong. Utilize community channels, media outlets, and influencer partnerships to amplify OSL’s presence in the local market.
  • Market Localization : Adapt global marketing strategies to meet local market needs and cultural nuances. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Provide regular performance reports and insights.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in fintech, technology, or cryptocurrency.
  • Proven track record in user acquisition , digital marketing, and event management .
  • Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong market , consumer behavior, and local trends in digital assets.
