We are seeking a part time Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team. This position involves administrative tasks, maintaining the ATS system, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with various talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

In This Role, You Will:

• Assist with the preparation and posting of job openings on various job boards and the company website.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.
• Assist with administrative tasks to the team: documents preparation, contract drafting, folder management etc.
• Perform ad-hoc TA-related duties as assigned by team
