Your new role

• Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensuring they are precise and timely
  
• Coordinate the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyse variances, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
  
• Oversee cash flow management, optimise working capital, and assess financial risks to maintain the organisation's liquidity and financial stability
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as IFRS or GAAP, and manage regulatory reporting requirements
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance with relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, HKICPA, ACCA)
  
• Details-minded, self-motivated, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility and able to cope with dynamic environment and tight deadlines
  
• Experience in buy side hedge funds, sell side and big 4 would be desirable
  
• Experience in Operations and Accounting would be desirable
