We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of a Lead of Data Analysis.

In this role, you will: 

• Build and improve the analysis system, build a comprehensive, accurate and business-reflective indicator system based on business goals and models; timely discover and locate business problems/opportunities based on the monitoring of the business indicator system, and promote implementation;
• Conduct special/special research and analysis, conduct in-depth analysis of business issues, provide data and decision support for business decisions such as platform mechanisms, product directions, industry strategies, and resource allocation, conduct market strategic insights, output market strategic opportunities, and output business management suggestions;
• Build a data-based operation framework, lead the team to collaborate with relevant teams to promote the implementation of data-based operation capabilities of the business , including product functions, data modeling, etc.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Have a strong interest in the Web3 field, bachelor degree or above, including more than 5 years of business analysis/special analysis work experience in large Internet companies, at least 3 years of team management experience;
• Strong mathematical and management capabilities, familiar with the use of data analysis related tools, with certain data mining and data modeling capabilities, good at independently writing and presenting business data analysis reports
• Have a complete set of practical experience in extracting effective information from massive data, aggregating, analyzing and visualizing
• Have strong learning ability, good logical analysis ability and communication ability
