Produce and review monthly supply chain KPI reports, ensuring action plans are in place with poor performing vendors. Action plans are reviewed and implemented to ensure 95% OTIF deliveries.
Continually educate vendors on KF supply chain principles and processes to meet the requirements, and to take costs out of their business.
Discuss and promote “use of forecasts” with buyer supply chain counterparts. Use these forecasts to ensure optimal order quantities and lead times are obtained.
Monitor order process to ensure timely and efficient operations, in line with the business KPI’s and customer requirements.
Ensure outstanding orders and shipments are continually monitored and actioned, ensuring data accuracy across the business for reporting purposes.
Deliver supply chain solutions in terms of palletization/ store ready solutions/forecasting/ consolidation/ lead time reduction to help driving costs and stock out of the end-to-end supply chain and increase efficiencies.
Manage shipment and production planning processes, with customers and vendors, for all large range reviews and key seasonal projects to ensure on time delivery.
Accompany buyer supply chain/buying teams on vendor visits/meetings in Asia.
Work with Vendors to identify and deliver cost savings, both production and end to end Supply Chain & logistics costs.
Ensure regular communications are in place with supply chain counterparts and issues resolved in a timely manner.
Actively involve in meetings with Sourcing and QA. Further manage the delivery of new projects with other functions and buyers, via the CPA, weekly meetings and video conferences with customers.
Ensure strategic and operational review meetings are taking place with key vendors, particularly poor performers. Work closely with the Sourcing and QA to ensure key vendors are able to support KF’s growth plans in terms of providing and delivering supply chain solutions.
Ensure accurate data/ completed report are shared with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in supply chain management, logistics or business studies
2+ years’ experience in either a supply or logistics role. Experience from buying office will be an advantage.
Proactive, detail minded, and well-organized
Good communication and influencing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
General knowledge of MS office, proficient in Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP etc.) and strong sense on system works
Preferable: knowledge of MRP/ERP/WMS systems and/or SAP
Language – Cantonese, Mandarin, English
Travel: 10% -20% China and Southeast Asia
