We are looking for a passionate and driven Event Sales Executive to join our team.
Job Overview:
Event Sales Executive will be responsible for securing sponsorship agreements from businesses and organizations for a specific events, projects or teams. You will work closely with marketing teams and event logistic team to identify potential sponsors, present sponsorship packages, negotiate deals, and close sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the value of sponsorships and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sponsorship Prospecting: Identify and research potential sponsors by understanding their marketing goals, industry positioning, and how sponsorship of events, aligns with their objectives.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Lead the negotiation of sponsorship packages, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare contracts and close deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential sponsors. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging sponsorship opportunities to help craft innovative and appealing packages.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the logistic team and team leader to ensure sponsor expectations are met and their branding is integrated effectively into events, campaigns, or media placements.
- Sales Reporting & Targets: Track sales progress, meet or exceed sponsorship revenue targets, and provide regular sales performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in Event Sales Executive, event sales, or related fields minimum of [2] years of experience.
- Strong understanding of sponsorship marketing and how sponsorship can benefit brands.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with senior-level decision-makers.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple sponsorship opportunities simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15,000.00 per month
