Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the Chairman and CEO, providing financial insights and recommendations to support the organization’s short- and long-term goals.

• Manage the group capital markets strategy, capital structure, transaction management and overall financial position to support growth and sustainability.

• Oversee the finance and accounting teams, providing leadership, setting priorities, and ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of all financial functions.

• Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

• Perform in-depth risk analysis, evaluating the organization’s liabilities, investments, and cash/liquidity positions to inform investment and financing strategies.

• Optimize cash flow management to ensure the organization’s financial operations are sufficiently funded.

• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, lawyers, auditors, and investment bankers, to support the company’s financial activities.

• Review and validate the accuracy and reliability of financial reports, forecasts, and other data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the company’s financial and related IT systems to enhance data-driven capabilities and streamline processes.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control policies, mitigating legal and financial risks.

• Establish and enforce internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions, budget preparation, and other financial processes.

• Responsible for tax planning and optimization throughout the fiscal year.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA/CFA qualification preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a finance leadership role with a focus on IPOs and public company financial management.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and SEC reporting requirements.

• Candidate from capital market background with strong connection in Hong Kong and Mainland China is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment preferred.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a MUST.
