Vacancy: Assistant Air Operation Manager

Job Description
Responsible for handling, coordinating the air export operation and leading up the colleagues to achieve team’s target.

Task and responsibility

• Oversee the air export documentation, cargo planning, and other operational related tasks
• Liaise and build strong relationships with airlines and co-loaders
• Ensure shipments and documentation are handed over to terminal timely and accurately
• Experienced the know-how for air space planning
• Ensure all members and tasks meet company policy and standard operating procedures
• Communicate with CS team and sales team to achieve a smooth operation process
• Familiar with US market will be advantage
• Co-ordinate shipments with concerned parties to streamline the process

Requirements

• Tertiary educated in related disciplines
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in air export operation in the freight forwarding industry; 3-5 years in managerial or supervisory level is preferably
• Good knowledge of airline and air terminal operation
• Proficiency on airfreight operation, load planning & ULD loading
• Well organized, aggressive and responsible.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
• Excellent team spirit
• Proficient in PC skills and MS Office
• Willing to work under pressure
