We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced an HR and Admin Executive ( Chinese Tech firm)to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting senior leadership, and managing administrative staff.

Administrative Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, handling office maintenance requests, and overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties for the team.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain both digital and physical filing systems, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval of files.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, services, and utilities, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to both HR and administrative functions.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding documents.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee the attendance system, process leave applications, track absenteeism, and generate reports.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing inquiries, concerns, and assisting in conflict resolution.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisals, employee training programs, and career development initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role,
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is required due to liaision with Chinese counterparts
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
