Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Skills: Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Analytical: Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate profiles and recruitment metrics.
• Technology: Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies.
• Language: Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
