Role Overview / 職位概述：
As the Clinic Manager at Beauty Affairs Medispa, you’ll oversee daily operations, inspire a team of beauty professionals, and maintain our high standards of service and client care. One of the primary focuses of this role is to ensure a full schedule of appointments through effective team and client management. Your responsibilities will also include managing a team of beauty consultants, optimizing schedules to maximize revenue, and building strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.

Requirements / 要求：

• Minimum 3 Years of Experience in a management role within a medispa, luxury spa, or high-end beauty clinic.
• 至少3年管理經驗
• ：在醫美診所、高端水療或美容診所等豪華行業擁有管理經驗。
• Sales-Driven Attitude: Proven track record in sales management, with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

• Scheduling & Operational Skills: Strong organizational ability to manage schedules, optimize appointments, and ensure a fully booked clinic.

日程及運營技能：強大的組織能力，能夠管理預約日程，優化預約。團隊領導力：有招聘、培訓及管理員工的經驗，並能創建支持性、積極的團隊文化。以客為本的理念：善於建立牢固的客戶關係，確保客戶滿意和忠誠度。美容四級證書（或同等資格）優先，並具有扎實的美容療程和護膚知識。在香港工作的資格：需具備有效的香港工作簽證或居民身份。語言能力：基本至中等英文水平，能有效與客戶及團隊成員溝通。

• Team Leadership: Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff, with a focus on creating a supportive and motivated team culture.
• Client-Centric Mindset: Ability to build strong client relationships and ensure consistent client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) preferred, with a solid understanding of beauty treatments and skincare.
• Eligibility to Work in Hong Kong: A valid visa or residency status for working in Hong Kong is required.
• Language Proficiency: Basic to average English proficiency for effective communication with clients and team members.
