About the Role


We are seeking a creative and visionary storyteller with a flair for captivating visuals and a passion for innovative branding. You will lead the change in shaping our brand identity, driving marketing initiatives, and elevating our digital presence. The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a discerning eye for design.



Responsibilities


  • Serve as the voice and image of the Lumio brand, embodying our essence and values.
  • Conceptualise and produce engaging visual content, videos, and branding materials that resonate with Lumio's aesthetic and vision.
  • Develop, implement and lead creative marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and engage customers on social media and across online and offline spaces.
  • Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, weaving compelling narratives that showcase Lumio's brand and products uniquely.
  • Stay abreast of emerging design trends, digital marketing best practices, and industry developments to create effective and engaging campaigns.
  • Act as Lumio’s Brand Ambassador and play a key role in shaping Lumio's identity across various platforms, creating excitement and ensuring consistency in all brand communications.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders, and analyse performance metrics to identify trends and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Build and leverage relationships with press, media and PR for branding and marketing opportunities. 
  • Cultivate partnerships with content creators, influencers, design communities, tastemakers and any external parties to amplify our brand presence and align the brand identity.



What we are looking for


  • Solid academic background in Marketing, Branding, Communications or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, graphic design, photography/videography or creative agencies.
  • Strong understanding of social media dynamics and nuances of PR and communications.
  • A portfolio showcasing your creative prowess, visual style, and ability to craft compelling storytelling through visuals. 
  • Style that aligns with Lumio’s simple, subtle, elegant, heart-felt and human-centered aesthetic. Think Aesop, Frama or Mutina.
  • Passion for design, branding, and marketing, with a strong grasp of trends to contribute fresh, innovative perspectives to the table.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to creating visually stunning content showcasing Lumio's brand and products.
  • Exceptional communication skills that particularly speaks to a high-end, luxury, lifestyle audience.
  • Track record of success with digital advertising and marketing campaigns. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to bring concepts and ideas to life.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales and product development) as well as external parties (creators, press etc.) to communicate our brand and products effectively. 
  • Proficiency in design software, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta, Klaviyo, Google Ads) to execute creative campaigns.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools for e-commerce, digital advertising and marketing to guide strategy and direction.
