Major Duties And Responsibilities
The appointee shall mainly assist and support the Creative Projects and Short Film Production. The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Assisting in collecting and compiling fundamental research materials;
- Providing a wide range of administrative support to the project;
- Liaising with focus groups of the project and coordinating research interviews;
- Coordinating the production of exhibition materials;
- Composing, translating, reviewing, and refining materials intended for exhibitions; and
- Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates Should Possess The Following Qualifications, Experience And Competence
- A good recognized degree or above, preferably in English/ Chinese Language, Literature/ Translation or Creative Arts;
- Strong organizational and planning skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, and be competent at computer skills (MS Office using Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) as well as editing skills;
- Basic skills or knowledge in art production is an advantage;
- Be self-motivated and meticulous, and able to meet deadlines and work independently; and
- An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Duration of Appointment
The appointee will be required to work for the period from March 2025 to September 2025.
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
