Handle general clerical & administration duties including preparing insurance quotation, policy renewal, and other insurance documents.
Perform data entry, prepare and input vouchers, handle payment operation and other general accounting duties;
Handle assigned ad hoc task.
Job Requirements
F.5 graduate / DSE level or above;
1 year relevant experience;
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, & Powerpoint);
Fluent and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Responsible, self-motivated, independent, well organized and able to work under pressure;
University fresh qraduates are welcome. On-the-job training will be provided.
