Job Description

• Develop innovative design angles to showcase thematic promotion, product display, as well as styling to create strong relevancy and emotional design appeal to customers
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to promote and drive the utilization of our digital performance products, to drive revenue growth
• Creative Design approach according to business concept
• Generate creative ideas and prepare all related artwork for the web interface, including web design, page layout, banner, animation, product shooting, etc.
• Work with Business Units to implement the UI designs based on the brand guidelines
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers and App Developers to create intuitive and user-centric sites
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) and communicate design ideas to developers
• Optimize all eShop platforms for different markets globally
• Handle any other ad-hoc company projects as assigned 

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in CRM systems and Shopify Platform are a must
• Proven experience (5 years or above) in digital development or a relevant role in the retail industry
• Excellent presentation skills to convey UX design ideas and concepts
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Kentico
• Knowledge of User Experience Survey and Research, Usability Testing, Service Oriented Architecture Design and Agile methodology is an advantage
