What you have to do
- Campaigns support:
Engage with developing, executing, and following up on marketing campaigns to enhance company branding & generate qualified leads
- Lead Nurturing:
Reach out to sales leads generated from marketing campaigns via calls, emails, and meetings to assess their needs and interests
- Lead Qualification:
Evaluate and qualify leads to determine their potential value and readiness to purchase
- Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication and personalized interactions
- CRM Management:
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track lead interactions, manage pipelines, and document outcomes, maintain update for both Hubspot & CRM platform
- Reporting :
Generate reports on lead status, sales activities, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead nurturing efforts
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategies and improve lead nurturing processes.
- Identify potential partners and customers to generate new business opportunities across various channels or platforms
- Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations to showcase products or services to prospective clients
What you need to have
- University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain-related disciplines
- 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales or Commercial fields, preferably in the B2B sector
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Skilled in MS Office applications, CRM knowledge is preferrable
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Sales Executive
