Primary Purpose

This position is responsible for performing a scope of duties in supporting and implementing professional education for health care professionals in the Asia Pacific Region.
 

Responsibilities

  • Support and implement Professional Education related activities based on the policy of Medical and Scientific Affairs and priority measures
  • Develop, budget, implement and support the annual activity plan of Regional Healthcare Professional training activities across APAC countries 
  • Coordinate with all key stakeholders including Regional Training Groups (NGO) / Society Chairpersons, secretaries, faculties, local organizers, Company/ distributor members on Professional Education subjects swiftly and appropriately to deliver high quality training
  • Utilize learning management system to develop and conduct on-line learning
  • Support managers to develop and implement any other assigned tasks and projects
     

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, major in medical or scientific related fields
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Medical Industry, preferably gained from sizeable companies (with the comprehensive knowledge in the area of health care professional education and training will be an advantage)
  • Strong project management skills with ability to plan and organize work activities to ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively to achieve organizational goals
  • Strong communication skills, multi-tasking abilities and good common sense
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with logical thinking and good problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic with expectation of excellence from self 
  • Meticulous, high teamwork spirit, proactive, supportive and collaborative
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel across APAC countries, including India, Vietnam and others 
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
