Our client is a well-known service company. They are currently looking for professionals to join their team:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate frontline teams to achieve sales target and ensuring compliance with company standards;
• Oversee daily branch operations and drive operational improvements to ensure exceptional customer experience;
• Formulate and execute district sales strategies to optimize sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth;
• Implement effective performance management strategies to support team development and boost overall productivity;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
• Conduct market analysis and prepare regular reports for management;
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

• F.5/HKDSE or above;
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, with 3 years in supervisory role, preferably in service/retail industries;
• Strong team management and problem solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Well-organized and detail-minded, result-oriented with ability to work independently;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
