Our client is a well-known service company. They are currently looking for professionals to join their team:
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate frontline teams to achieve sales target and ensuring compliance with company standards;
Oversee daily branch operations and drive operational improvements to ensure exceptional customer experience;
Formulate and execute district sales strategies to optimize sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth;
Implement effective performance management strategies to support team development and boost overall productivity;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
Conduct market analysis and prepare regular reports for management;
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
F.5/HKDSE or above;
At least 5 years of experience in sales, with 3 years in supervisory role, preferably in service/retail industries;
Strong team management and problem solving skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
Well-organized and detail-minded, result-oriented with ability to work independently;
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
Immediate available is highly preferred.
