Job Duties:
 

• Establish and monitor accounting system and internal control procedures
• Supervise subsidiaries and subordinates to handle accounting duties and reports
• In charge of full set accounting functions for group companies in HK, China, EU and US
• Responsible for Financial Statements and deal with external audit
• Identify key risk on business process; Be responsible for all taxation matters and planning
• Build and develop financial strategies aligned with the company’s business plan and support realization of long-term growth objectives

Requirement:
 

• At least 8 years solid financial and accounting experience with at least 3 years in managerial level
• Knowledge in group consolidated financial reports is preferred
• Knowledge in Kingdee is highly preferred 
• Familiar with tax computation, planning, budget and forecast
• Sound knowledge of HK / PRC accounting standards and tax legislations
• Occasional travel to PRC will be required
