Job Description:

• Head the team of warehousing staff to plan, execute and monitor warehouse operation and service standards to clients, covering both B2B and B2C operation models
• Establish, review and improve SOPs, resources and KPI management to ensure effective operation of warehouse
• Coordinate with Freight and Transportation teams to ensure effective execution of warehouse operation as planned
• Lead the development of logistics solution, operation & system flow for new customers/ operations as needed
• Identify areas of operational enhancement and initiate internal project to drive continuous operation enhancement across existing operations

Role Requirement:

• Professional degree or above in a relevant business or technical subject (e.g. Logistics, Project Management, IT, Industrial Engineering)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience including Warehouse Operation and Process Improvement, and System Implementation, ideally in 3PL and/or Retail sectors. Candidates with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
• Solid experience in planning major warehousing projects, including development of project proposals, business cases, project schedules, financial justification, etc.
• Experience in implementation and improvement of Warehouse Management Systems
• Excellent management, communication and organizational skills
• Problem solving skills, process management and negotiation skills
