Our client is a retail service company. They are currently looking for professional to join their team:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of store expansion, renovation and maintenance projects;  
• Lead a small team to manage fitting out projects, ensuring compliance with the company standards and statutory requirements;  
• Monitor project progress and contractor performance to ensure all activities comply with project milestones, quality standards and budget plan;
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and efficiency of project execution;
• Prepare project documentation and regular reports;
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or other relevant Engineering discipline;
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in retail industry, with minimum 3 years in supervisory role;
• Proven experience in renovation project is essential, experience in building management is a plus;
• Strong leadership and project management skills;
• Able to work independently, detailed-minded and self-motivated;
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
