Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting duties, including the preparation of vouchers, payment, expenses reports and filing etc
• Input and maintain accounting transactions in ERP system
• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Assist in preparation of financial and management reports
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting or above with LCCI Higher Accounting
• At least 3 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts with manufacturing exposure or commercial company
• Demonstrate understanding to the operations of manufacturing and distribution business environment are advantageous
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, and good communication skills in written English and Chinese
• Hands on experience in Microsoft applications and computerized A/C system
• Self motivated, sound analytical mind and good team player
• Knowledge in integrated ERP system
• Immediately available is preferable

Candidate who applies the post of Senior Accounts Clerk is preferable to have manufacturing experience.

Candidate who applies the post of Accounts Clerk must have at least 5 years working experience in commercial or accounting field, manufacturing background is preferable.
