We are seeking talented and driven In-store Operation Executives and HR Generalists to join two luxury brands. These are full-time positions that will play a key role in the team to help the growth of business.

 

A) In-store Operation Executive (two openings) (22-28K x13)

  • Assist Store Manager to handle all back office operation and overall floor operations such as general admin, maintenance and uniform management etc.
  • Assist on reporting and analysis, ensure information is well transmitted to related parties
  • Ensure all company policies/procedures in store are followed and manage archiving for relevant documents
  • Work closely with sales team on customer service or aftersales service in a professional manner
  • Assist with implementation and accurate use of digital tools when necessary
  • Handle other admin duties as assigned

Who we're looking for:

  • Min 3 years experience in luxury retail or 5 yrs in customer-oriented environment
  • A good team player with a proactive and self-initiated attitude
  • Good knowledge on usage of excel
  • Strong problem solving skills 
  • Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Knowledge of French is a plus but not a must.

 

B) HR Generalist/ HRBP (35-42K x13)

  • Handle a wide range of HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Who we're looking for:

  • Min 6-8 experience in luxury retail/ retail background as HR Generalist or HRBP role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Able to provide professional HR advice to department heads
