Job Responsibilities
Provide clerical and admin support to HR and Administration Department
Perform receptionist functions including but not limited to greeting and serving tea to guests, handling phone calls, mailing courier and order stock for office supplies
Manage room booking system and administer the booking of conference/meeting rooms
Liaises with the Management Office
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in any disciplines
Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Cheerful, Pro-active, responsible, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
