Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Perform general reception duties includes manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, letters and couriers
Manage booking of meeting rooms
Provide support on administrative tasks when required
Prepare and serve tea/coffee to visitors and senior management
Ensure the tidiness of reception area, meeting rooms and pantries
Monitor and replenish supplies of pantries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantries
Requirements:
HKCEE/HKDSE or above
At least 1 year’s relevant working experience
Good telephone manner and skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skill
Well organized and strong sense of responsibility
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Immediate available is highly preferred
