Responsibilities:

• From Group level, responsible for financial reporting, management reporting, planning, forecast, tax filing, cost control, budgeting of different business units in Hong Kong and PRC. 
• Support the Management in implementing strategic business plans, financial and tax strategies, capital requests and budgeting processes, cash balances and cash forecasts, fund investment and performance measures to support the strategic direction.
• Oversee the accounting, investor relations and taxation.  Handle acquisition and disposal transaction and internal restructuring exercises.
• Maintain effective and good relationship with bankers, auditors and investors.
• Monitor the Group’s compliance to accounting standards and listing rules.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties including auditors, valuation team, financial analysis and tax representative. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines.
• Qualified Accountant with HKICPA or ACCA certification.
• Knowledge with accounting standards and taxation rules in the PRC is preferable. 
• Big 4 background, with over 15 years’ experience in accounting and finance fields, of which at least 8 years in the position of senior management in listed companies, preferably in property industry.
• A “hands on” leader and be responsible for all finance related matters including accounting management, financial reporting, project management, audit, tax, forecast, budget etc.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, particularly Mandarin.
• Occasionally travel to PRC (Nanjing/Tianjin/Shenyang)
