Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the day-to-day operations of the plant
• Coordinate the planning and management of production, safety, fire protection, environmental protection, logistics, material storage and other plant affairs
• Coordinate, communicate and cooperate among all departments in the factory in order to improve management efficiency
• Manage the production schedule, delivery and production in the plant, and expand production capacity to reduce costs
• Develop performance standards, supervise staff regularly, give advice and monitor staff performance assessment

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above
• Good leadership skills, problem solving skills and good communication skills
• Proactive, diligent, self-motivated and accountable for responsibilities
• With more than 10 years of work experience, at least 5 years in the factory management, have solid experiences in working for large and medium-sized factory experience is preferred
• Station in China or Southeast Asia
