Our client is the market leading façade contractor in Hong Kong , they are looking for Project Coordinator to Project Manager to oversee the delivery of several high-profile projects.
 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate building construction with consultants and sub-contractors.
• Work closely with Project Manager in daily duties of a project’s administration.
• Monitor field and contract work so as to ensure compliance with contracts requirement.
• Assist in monitoring and coordinating progress of construction and ensure all of them are on schedule.
• Plan site works with sub‐contractor to meet main contractor requirements
• Attend site meetings
• Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Studies, Building management or related disciples.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Minimum 3 years site experience in Building construction.
• Solid experience in site coordination, supervision and submissions.
• Knowledgeable with costing, contract, regulations and building operations.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Position offered will depends on the qualification and experience.
