Family property developer based in Hong Kong with a brand which is reputable for developing a variety of premium commercial and residential in Hong Kong. Upon recent business expansion, the Group is going to look for a Leasing & Property Officer in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate leasing liaisons and coordination including new lettings, rent renewal, tenant management, leasing enquiry, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal.
• Build and maintain healthy relationship with tenants, customers and property agencies
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for portfolio planning, new built development and asset enhancement projects. 
• Prepare reports offer letters, tenancy agreement and leasing performance and business plan when necessary.
• Undergo market research on the rental trend & occupancy rate.
• Perform rental forecast, budgeting and expenses from agency, fitting-out and marketing activities. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate/ Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 1 years of solid experiences in leasing or property management in Hog Kong.
• Energetic, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability.
• Excellent in negotiation and inter-personal communication skill.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Less experienced applicant would be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer.
