Allied Environmental Consultants Ltd. (AEC) is a subsidiary of a Hong Kong listed company which principally engaged in environmental and acoustics consultancy services. We are now looking for high-calibers to join us.

Job Duties:

• Shall support and coordinate the team to complete green building projects;
• Assist to prepare professional consultancy reports, proposal or presentation upon different settings of engagements in acoustics, environmental assessments, sustainability consultancy and green building certifications;
• Carry out site survey, inspections and measurements to obtain information for meeting specific project requirements;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in engineering / science related to green building, Architecture, Civil & environmental, Building Design,  Mechanical & electrical or equivalent;
• At least 1 - 2 years of related consultant experience at Green Building or relevant ( no GB project experience / relevant degree - will not be considered );
• Knowledge and experience of BEAM Plus / LEED / WELL / BREEAM and CGBL. Candidates with professional qualifications such as BEAM Pro, LEED AP, WELL AP, BREEAM AP and CGBL Member would be an advantage;
• Candidates with more in-depth and relevant working experience could be considered for senior roles;
• Ability to undertake interdisciplinary technical work and able to work under pressure in a fast work environment;
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication (English, Chinese and Mandarin);  
• Well use in modelling experience - green buildings design and assessment is an advantage (e.g. Energy, Daylighting and Lighting, CFD, Thermal Comfort and etc.).
