Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales manager.
Prepare comprehensive order, sales, and purchase reports using MS Excel.
Prepare all sales invoices, packing list, delivery notes, etc. under the sales’ supervision.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to oversee all communications with key suppliers and customers.
Monitor, keep record and follow up on customers’ payment status.
Assist in business development and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by sales manager.
Qualifications
Degree holder preferred.
1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Business-level proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
Strong team player.
