Our client, a leading financial institute, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud System Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our cloud infrastructure while supporting our global operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud server management, system administration, and technical support, with a keen focus on security and collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Oversee deployment, configuration, and monitoring of cloud servers to maintain performance and reliability.
• Conduct routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for Windows-based environments.
• Provide expert technical support to remote teams across various geographic locations.
• Implement robust security measures to protect systems and data from cyber threats.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and support IT solutions that meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in IT, computer science, computer engineering, or related
• Solid server management and system engineering experience in a sizable organization
• Certifications in Azure or AWS is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
