We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Private Clients team as Associate, Client Onboarding , based in our Vistra, Hong Kong office. This is a full-time and permanent position.


Key responsibilities:


  • Primary scope of assisting new business onboarding at Business Development (BD) and effective transition to Trust Relationship Management (TRM)
  • Assist BD in communicating and liaising with intermediaries/clients for onboarding purposes
  • Assist in end-to-end process in the establishment of Trust, including: incorporating or transferring of Trust underlying companies, ensuring Trust documents are saved in data system, assisting in initial opening of bank accounts, and assembling Trust kits for clients
  • Provide admin assistance in relocation of office
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Key requirements:


  • Bachelor in Business Administration / Account / Finance or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Organized, meticulous, pro-active
  • Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented
