We are looking to hire a UX/UI Designer - Web Team


TEC are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our web

team. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the UI and

UX experience of our website. You will lead the front-end revamp of our website

design, create a new design library for company website usage, conduct user

tests and research, and apply a data and logic-driven approach to enhance the

website's performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of user-centric UI and UX enhancements for our website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints to deliver effective design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and feedback for iterative design improvements.
  • Analyse user data and feedback to identify pain points, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Develop a cohesive design library and style guide that aligns with the company's brand guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements and maintain design consistency throughout the website.
  • Actively contribute to the ideation and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and creativity within the web team.
  • Provide design support for other digital assets, such as landing pages, email templates, and marketing collateral, as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and UX to continuously improve the website experience.


Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years in UX/UI design
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices for web and mobile platforms.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
