Provide 1st tier technical support to internal customers (onsite or remotely).
Support the following systems:
MS Windows
MS Office
Corporate communication systems (email, instant messaging, video conferencing equipment).
Perform hardware and software installations (workstations, laptops, printers).
Provide onsite support for PC, printer, network, and peripheral issues.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software.
Conduct system administration and health checks as assigned.
Handle office administrative services and ad-hoc support.
Assist with remote operations to the data center during office hours.
Provide occasional extended hours support by mutual agreement.
Requirements
Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in IT systems and end-user support.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, systems, and software development.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
