Organized Group providing Retail and customer services, their shops are widely located in Hong Kong, now they are seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic Renovation and Maintenance team.

• For A&A, Building Services and Fit-out projects

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Manage the whole process of store & shop expansion, renovation and maintenance projects;
• Lead a small team to manage A&A, Building Services & fitting-out projects , ensuring compliance with the company standards and statutory requirements;
• Monitor project progress and contractors and suppliers performance to ensure all activities comply with project milestones, quality standards and budget plan;
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and efficiency of project execution;
• Prepare project documentation and regular reports;
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering/ Building/Construction or other relevant Engineering discipline;
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in retail industry/commercial/industrial, with minimum 3 years in supervisory role;
• Proven experience in renovation project (A&A) is essential, experience in building project management is a plus;
• Well versed in Building Ordinance and Fire Safety (Buildings) Ordinance or other related regulations;
• Holder of REW-A0 is an advantage;
• Strong leadership and building project management skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
