Responsibilities

  • Provide IT helpdesk support and troubleshoot user technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Global IT Service; analyze customer requirements for daily operations.
  • Set up, install, and configure desktop PCs, network printers, and servers.
  • Manage Windows upgrades and migrations to version 11.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of hands-on experience in IT administration and software distribution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in computer support and LAN support in Windows and macOS.
  • Familiarity with trading platform support.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn; fluent in English and proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive service attitude.
