Requirements
Over 2 years of hands-on experience in IT administration and software distribution.
At least 2 years of experience in computer support and LAN support in Windows and macOS.
Familiarity with trading platform support.
Team player with a willingness to learn; fluent in English and proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive service attitude.
