Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Senior Manager of Business Development and Strategy, APAC function.
• Assist in the development of mid to long-term strategic plan, leverage into annual operating plan that ensure strategic alignment and follow through the action plans identified.
• Assist and support management on preparation of papers, presentations and reports.
• Assist in the research of internal and external best practice benchmarking for opportunity identification and work with key stakeholders to design and implement transformational initiatives in different markets.
• Lead and explore with strategic alliance partners to capture business opportunities.
• Collaborate and work closely with other teams to stay updated with best practices of cost optimizations and market dynamics on pricing across channels in different markets.
• Perform any other tasks required for Business Development & Strategy section.

Requirements:

• University graduate in a business-related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Strategic Planning / Business Development / Sales & Marketing function in FMCG industry.
• Experience of working on business transformation and/or commercial development are preferred.
• Experience in the sauce & condiments industry is preferred.
• Awareness and acknowledgement of various cultures and market dynamic of APAC Zone is a bonus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized and with proven experience in project management with attention to details and strong follow-through on deliverables.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Good team player and appreciate Lee Kum Kee’s company culture.
