Carry out QS work from pre-contract to post-contract stage
Contract administration and general QS work including measurement, variation valuation, cost control, claims preparation
Dealing with main-contractor’s and subcontractor’s account, tendering preparation and support
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Quanity Surveying / Building Studies / Construction or other related disciplines
At least 3 year of relevant working experience in the Construction industry; Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
