Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate should possess the following combination of skills and experience:

• Develop, build and sustain professional relationships with Chinese institutional investors
• Drive to formulate business strategies and plans for growing the institutional sales business
• Manage a team of fixed income sales to drive business goals and achieve sales revenue target
• Drive and lead internal and external coordination to meet client’s requirements for deal execution
• Selling debt issuance in the primary market to institutional investors
• Keep investors updated for market updates and new policies
• Keep DCM updated on the feedback from the investors and the new trend of the market investment preference.

Position Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess the following combination of skills and experience:

• Master Degree in Economics, Finance or other related disciplines; Studied in both mainland China and Hong Kong is preferred
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in both Hong Kong and mainland China
• Solid working experience in the financial services industry covering Chinese institutional investors
• Possess a strong network and good relationships with the potential clients in Hong Kong / mainland China
• Strong communication and relationship building skills to understand investors’ needs and provide product information in a timely manner
• Native in Mandarin with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Holder of SFC Type 1 License
• CFA chartered holder is a plus.
