Position Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess the following combination of skills and experience:

• More than 15 years of sound experience in investment and finance industry, with focus on bond financing
• Proven experience in managing corporate bond financing and bond issuance,   private equity fund asset allocation, fund raising project management
• Familiar with handling product design and devising investment strategies
• Good networks and relationships  with both the clients and other business partners and government bodies in the PRC
• Bachelor Degree holder
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and influencing skills
• Fluent in Mandarin
