工作職責:
1. 提供優質物業管理服務;處理文書工作,包括資料輸入文件存檔及準備日常報表等
2. 與住戶維持緊密溝通,並以專業態度處理查詢及解決問題
3. 協助監督清潔及保安的服務質素
4. 協調內外部門以達至日常運作順暢
5. 參與定期會議、草擬報告及其他行政工作
6. 協助執行服務處的行政工作及其他指派的職務。
