To lead the Data Services support team to participate in the Customer Database and Data Analytics projects
To ensure the smooth operation on data processing support, direct marketing campaign, customer analysis and in other databank support areas.
To protect Council’s interest in data collection and electronic marketing campaigns by monitoring the corporate data policy & guidelines are in line.
To ensure effective management of Council’s resources by re-engineering of work processes, automation and process streamlining.
To support business in developing new services/systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science or any related disciplines.
Minimum of 15 years+ of experience in data management, analysis, or automation projects within large organizations.
Experience and knowledge in database design & management and CRM will be a plus
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills with business sense to comprehend business needs in order to identify actionable recommendations
Understanding of HKTDC business (or similar B2B business) will be an added advantage
Possess good inter-personal skills and have proactive working attitude with analytical mindset, team spirit and problem solving skills
Mature and able to work under pressure
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
