Job Description

  • Manage and maximize opportunities to increase targeted traffic to the website through a variety of marketing channels including SEO, SEM, Google Adwords and E-commerce solutions
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and analytics data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Measure and report with recommendations for optimization on business performance, program effectiveness and assess against goals
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and projects
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of digital marketing activities, budgets, and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Creative Media, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • Preferably 5+ years experiences in on digital marketing experience, especially on performance marketing
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools/software (GA or others) is required
  • Working in Airline / travel / hospitality industry, digital marketing agencies or MNC regional marketing role is a plus
  • Conversion Management in terms of site usability, user journeys, up-sell/cross- sell.
  • Good working knowledge and experience of e-commerce activities and online marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Experience using web analytics and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation skills, leadership and analytical skills
